Original Can of Beans!

The ORIGINAL Can of Beans Geocoin represents the Original Can of Beans, which was Geocaching's first trade item.

The O.C.B. (Original Can of Beans) is geocaching's first trade item, placed in the "Original Stash" by Dave Ulmer (the Inventor of Geocaching and the hider of the first cache) in May of 2000. The O.C.B. is the only remaining item from that first cache. While preparing the cement foundation of the Original Stash Tribute Plaque, TEAM 360 found geocaching gold: the first-ever trade item, the O.C.B.!
